Terms of the founding month

What you buy, and what we promise

Last updated October 28, 2026

You subscribe to EarnedBacklinks for one website, at $49 a month. Editors decide what they publish, so we guarantee your money, not a number of links.

1. Who you deal with

EarnedBacklinks is a product of GETTIN, [postal address]. Contact: arthur@earnedbacklinks.com. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

2. The subscription

  • You pay the first month, $49, today. The agent starts on your product on day one.
  • You are billed every month on that date, until you cancel. Cancel any time; the agent stops the same day.
  • One subscription covers one website, with new articles every week.
  • We take three products per niche at most, since one blog is pitched once a month across every customer.

3. The price

$49 a month, the founding price. Taxes are added where the law requires them.

Pending Arthur (O2). “Founding price, kept for as long as you stay” is a promise not to raise your price while your subscription runs. Confirm or cut; the public price is not set.

4. The guarantee: no live link in 60 days

If no link to your site goes live in your first 60 days of sending, we refund every dollar you paid. It needs an offer set for editors (a free account or licence, a guest post, or a link back): without one, editors rarely say yes. The details are on the refund page.

5. What the agent does

  • It finds articles about your niche, writes the line that could mention your product, and writes one email to each author.
  • You approve your first 20 pitches one by one. After that it sends 30 a day at most.
  • It sends two follow-ups, then stops. Replies come back to you as drafts you approve.
  • If an editor asks for a guest post, it writes one for you to read, change and sign.

6. The rules it keeps for you, and you for it

  • It sends from a mailbox on a second domain you own (Outlook, Gmail or any IMAP account), never your main domain.
  • It never pays an editor and never offers money. You may not set it up to offer money for a link.
  • It writes to one blog once a month at most, across all our customers. One “stop” takes the blog off the list for everyone.
  • It pauses on its own if bounces pass 3% of the last 50 pitches.
  • Every email carries your company name, your postal address and a way to say no. You keep those details true.
  • It writes from a product sheet you fill once. You are responsible for what that sheet says about your product.
  • Anchors are your brand or your address, never a keyword. If an editor publishes a link because of something you gave (a licence, a guest post, a link back), the agent asks them to say so.

Pending Arthur (AI disclosure). The EU AI Act (art. 50) and our model provider's usage policy ask that an agent replying to people says it is software. Pitches today are approved and sent in your name. Decide how replies disclose it before the first customer.

7. What we don't promise

We don't promise a number of links, a Domain Rating, a ranking or traffic. Our own results (26 sites linking to our two apps after 2,326 first emails) show what the work produced for us, not what it will produce for you. Links obtained through an exchange may be marked sponsored or nofollow by the editor.

8. Cancelling

Cancel any time by replying to any email from us or writing to arthur@earnedbacklinks.com. The agent stops sending the same day. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.

9. Your data

What we read, keep and delete is on the privacy page.

10. Law

If something goes wrong, write to us first; most things are settled by email. These terms may change; we email you 30 days before a change that affects you.

Pending Arthur (governing law). Governing law, courts and the consumer withdrawal clause need an hour with a lawyer before the first payment (notes/juridique-delivrabilite.md).
