Tech, SaaS and AI blogs that accept guest posts: 26 verified

By Arthur Teboul, founder · Updated October 30, 2026

Developer, SaaS and AI publications with an open contributor program, from engineering magazines that pay their writers to small SaaS blogs that trade a guest post for a bio link. We opened every contributor page on Oct 30, 2026, kept the ones still open, and wrote down what each one says about payment and links, word for word.

What we found

  • 26 open programs kept out of 64 candidates; 38 rejected (closed, dead page, off-topic, selling posts, inactive for a year, or too small to matter).
  • None of those kept says it charges the writer: 15 say they don't, 11 don't say. Two sites that sell posts were dropped.
  • Only 6 promise a dofollow link in writing. 3 say links are nofollow, and 17 don't commit.
  • 2 ask for something back (a reciprocal link or a post about them): that is a link exchange.

Before you pitch any of them

  1. Read three recent posts. Most of these programs reject pitches that could have been sent to any blog.
  2. Propose one title, written for their readers, with no product in it. Several pages here say product-heavy pieces get rejected.
  3. Don't count on the link. A bio link from a well-read engineering magazine can be worth more than a dofollow link from a blog nobody reads.
  4. Expect most yeses to stall. On our own SaaS, 23 sites said yes to a guest post and 8 published it. Real pitches that got a yes are in our guest post pitch examples.

How we checked

Candidates came from Google results for “write for us technology”, “write for us tech”, “write for us saas”, “write for us ai” and similar footprints, and from blogs already in our outreach base. For each one we opened the contributor page, kept it only if it was live and still accepting pitches, and copied what it says about payment and links. We left out lists of guest post sites, link marketplaces, sites whose main business is selling posts, and blogs with nothing new in twelve months. Pages behind bot protection that we could not open were left out, not guessed. The list is re-checked every 90 days; the date at the top is the last check. The free Skill runs the same check for any niche.
